Since 1985, we've built its business on relationships. What began as a small Chicago contractor grew into one of the city's largest and most respected independent suppliers of residential and commercial exterior building materials through Lakefront Roofing & Siding Supply.

Builders Warehouse, launched in 2018, is the online and national sales arm of Lakefront. We operate as an online-only business from our Chicago warehouse at 3465 N Kimball Ave, with orders placed online and shipped nationwide via UPS and LTL freight. We supply professional-grade materials backed by decades of experience. Our objective is to give you what you need to succeed with quality products and practical knowledge on how to use them.

Builders Warehouse is operated by Lakefront Holdings, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company in good standing. We are driven by our support of the nonprofit community. We are a long-standing supporter of Cornerstone Community Outreach (CCO). CCO offers shelter and services to homeless and low-income families and individuals through a variety of programs. We want to help other businesses learn how to give back.
