Outside Box Miters are used to connect two pieces at a corner.  This corner piece is made up of two pieces of gutter with a factory seam in the middle. These are the contractor's favorite because they have a nice clean appearance and are fast and easy to install. Good for 90-degree corners. Outside Box miters should be riveted to the gutters and sealed with seam sealer.  Copper and galvanized gutters can also be soldered.
