EDCO 1728-000 Open Valley Starter 10' 10/carton
Open valley starters are designed to efficiently channel water down the roof. They are used in conjunction with open valleys, a design where roofing material on adjacent roof slopes doesn't overlap but rather creates a channel the runoff.
Use this with the Valley Flashing #1727. You will need 2 pieces of valley starter for 1 piece of valley flashing.
