GAF EverGuard One-Part Pourable Sealant White 1 Pouch

• A one-part, moisture-cure, self-leveling sealant designed for use in pitch pans on single-ply roof systems.
• A one-part pourable sealant is a single-component sealant that's designed to be poured directly into a space, typically for sealing penetrations in roofs or other structures. 
•  It cures through a moisture-based process and doesn't require any mixing or special tools.
• These sealants are often used in pitch pans and other areas where a durable, flexible, and long-lasting seal is needed. 
• Designed to be easily poured into gaps or pockets without needing to be spread or applied with a tool.
• EverGuard one-part pourable sealant is solvent-free (less than 25 g/L VOC), contains no isocyanates, and because it is 100% solids, will not shrink upon curing.
• It does not “outgas” or bubble on damp surfaces.
• It has a 20-minute skin-over time and is paintable within 24 hours.
