roofer to use when the leaks need to be stopped immediately in driving rain and in underwater applications. Pro-Grade163 is
uniquely formulated to resist weathering and provide long-lasting repairs, even when applied in inclement weather.

- Applications= Repairs holes, cracks and splits on composition shingles, mineral surface cap sheets, asphalt roofs, APP, SBS modified rubber roofs, cured concrete and metal roofs. Seals leaks and openings around flashings, chimneys, masonry, vents, skylights, joints in metal edging, gutters, etc.

- Meets or exceeds ASTM D4586 Standard Specification for Asphalt Roof Cement, Asbestos-Free, Type I, Class II

Coverage:
- Approximately 12 sq. ft. per gallon applied at 1/8” thick.
- Approximately 6 sq. ft. per gallon for 3-course application.
- For cartridges, approximately 15 lineal feet of 3/8” bead per 10.1 oz. cartridge.
