The M-cor panel has a subtle rib height and configuration. This corrugated panel is designed and engineered with longer than normal spans and load-carrying characteristics in mind. Consistent, rounded corrugations make this panel ideal for achieving nostalgic appeal whether installed as a wall, roof or interior accent panel. Applications include walls, roofs, residential, and commercial buildings.

- Tape Sealant= Required on all slopes
- Fire Rating= Class A
- Class 4 Impact Resistance= UL2218
- Coating= Kynar 500 PVDF
- Silicone Modified Polyester SMP
- Substrates Plywood or Purlins
- Gauge= 26 ASTM A792 (50 ksi steel) (AZ50 Painted)
- Finishes= Galvalume (45% Zinc / 55% aluminum) decreasing the rate of oxidation.
Manufacturer recommendations:
- When used as a roof panel, Multi-Cor and M-Cor panels require a double lap (over two ribs) for installation which requires a wider coil for production.
- Oil Canning is a natural occurrence in metal panels and is not a cause for panel rejection.
