- Thickness= 18 mils (0.279mm)
- Material= Featuring a proprietary butyl hybrid compound applied to an engineered polypropylene film
- Can be installed without primer, at temperature as low as 0 °F (-18 °C)
- Impermeable to air, moisture vapor and water.
- Optimal adhesion allows flashing to remain in place without mechanical fasteners
- Seals around nails and fasteners for lasting watertightness
- Guards against water, air and moisture intrusion
