Lucas #6500 Universal Flashing Cement is a solvent based Terpolymer sealant intended for the repair of asphalt, modified bitumen, metal, Kynar, concrete, TPO, PVC, Elvaloy/PVC, Hypalon (CSPE), PIB, and EPDM roofs. Extremely strong and elastic. High elongation and tensile strength ensure performance under conditions that will cause asphalt-based cements to fail. Unique surface-active additives allows an application to wet or underwater surfaces such as ponding on the roof. #6500 is the ideal maintenance and repair product for all roofs in all weather. Lucas 6500 is VOC compliant in 49 states.

Lucas #6500 Universal Flashing Cement is manufactured from synthetic elastomers, adhesive resins, and polyolefin micro-fibers for reinforcement. Consistency is medium viscosity but high-bodied for application to vertical surfaces with no sagging.
