The US Aluminum Inside Mitre - Corner Piece is a 5" or 6" inside box miter that connects two pieces of gutter at an inside corner on a roofline. They can help prevent overflowing from a roof valley in heavy rainwater conditions with an extra degree of protection against gutter failure.
